week 12 oct 26-31

Monday, Day 39 - 2 miles
  • Where: 32nd and back
  • Difficulty: 4
  • Notes: cold and wet and meh, it was ok.
Wednesday, Day 40 - 4 miles
  • Where: near the river
  • Time: terrible
  • Pace: (warm+5mi@9:37+cool)
  • Difficulty: 9
  • Notes: i was sick but tried to do this (originally) seven mile run. not so successful. i did the warm up mile and then the first tempo mile and called it quits. but then i had to get home which is where the other two miles come in. awful, awful, awful.
Thursday, Day 41 - 2 miles -- didn't even attempt this one :(

Saturday, Day 42 - 9 miles
  • Where: river
  • Difficulty: 7
  • Notes: i did three tempo miles from the wednesday run that i didn't finish but couldn't do more than that. i had to do more walking than i was happy with but i still ran at least the nine.

Wednesday: pilates
