  • Notes: it's friggin' freezing. it was 36 degrees with 96% humidity when i got back. and i'm still running in shorts.

  • Notes: again, drive new routes. this was supposed to be an 8 mile run. i probably shouldn't use the expletives i did on my run to describe the hills. oh the awful hills.
