- Notes: i needed to do a time trial so i can figure out my new training schedule paces. 8 min miles = death just in case you were wondering. i was actually supposed to run the second at 12:59. i'm not sure that's physically possible for me. i tried to go as slow as i could without losing form. what all this means is my running schedule will be different. just 3 times a week, at least for a few weeks. then back to 4 before my half. though i am kind of sad i won't be jumping up to 10 miles this week. that sentence holds no sarcasm, either. nuts.

- Notes: i finally hit my stride at mile 5.5. when that happened i felt like i could go at least a half mile extra but alvin had to go to his final so i was short on time.

Saturday - walked around the theme park for 7 hours
